FAQ
The questions we get most often.
Do I need a floor plan of my venue?
No. If you don't have one, we ask you a few questions: dimensions, doors, windows and where the dining room is. A photo or a sketch also works, as long as it shows at least one known measurement.
Is the preview enough to build the kitchen?
No. It helps you understand space, equipment footprint and costs. To build, you need the design and the construction drawings, signed by a designer. In Italy, the paperwork for the ASL (health authority) and the SUAP (business permits office) usually also needs a licensed professional.
Why does the preview have no dimensions or brands?
Because it's free and it shows you the result: AI prepares it and a designer checks it. Dimensions, brands and models come with the paid design.
Who installs the kitchen?
A partner installer in your area. The first is Italfrigo, in Lombardy. We are looking for partners in other regions.
Do I have to buy from a partner?
No. If you buy from a partner, the cost of the design is deducted from your order.
What happens to the floor plans I upload?
They stay confidential. We use them only to prepare your design, and we share them with a partner only if you decide to go ahead with that partner.
