Who provides the service

The Brigaplan service is provided by Italfrigo Service S.r.l., Via Serviliano Lattuada 26, 20135 Milano · VAT no. and tax code 06825390153 · REA MI 1120586 · certified email (PEC) [email protected]. For any question, write to [email protected].

What the platform offers

• Free preview: you upload the floor plan or describe the space and get a floor plan with zones and counters, a simplified 3D model and a cost estimate range. It is prepared by an artificial intelligence assistant together with our design engine, and a designer checks it before you see it.
• Design and construction drawings: these are paid. Before work starts you receive an offer with price, contents and timing, which you accept separately.
• Partner installers: if you ask us to, we put you in touch with an installer in your area.

The service has just started: some features may change, be suspended or arrive later.

Your account

• To sign up you must be an adult and give true information. If you sign up as a professional, the company name and VAT number must be those of your business.
• The account is personal: keep your password private and tell us immediately if you think someone else is using it.
• One account per person. Do not open more accounts to get more free previews.
• You can close your account whenever you want, from the dashboard or by writing to us.

Free previews

Each account has a limited number of free previews, shown in the dashboard. We may change this number for new projects, with notice. If a preview fails because of a technical error on our side, it does not count.

What a preview is, and what it is not

• The preview is indicative: it helps you understand space, footprint and costs. It is not a set of construction drawings and it is not enough to build.
• To build you need the design and the construction drawings, and for permits (for example from the local health authority and the planning office) usually a licensed professional too.
• The cost estimate is an approximate range, not an offer: the real price is set by whoever sells and installs the equipment.
• Equipment dimensions come from the manufacturers' data sheets, but they must always be checked before ordering.
• The rules the engine checks are those of the European Union and Italy, including those of Lombardy and Milan. Elsewhere, local rules must be checked with a local professional.

The floor plans and files you upload

• Only upload files you have the right to use. If you upload a DWG or someone else's drawing, you declare that you have permission.
• You authorise us to use your files only to provide the service: to prepare and check your project and, if you ask us to, to share it with the partners you choose.
• We do not publish your files and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
• Do not upload files with unlawful content, viruses or other people's data that the project does not need.

Who owns the results

• You can use the previews and designs made for you for your own venue, including with the suppliers you choose.
• The platform, the design engine, the catalogue and the equipment blocks remain the property of Italfrigo Service S.r.l. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them as a library.

Fair use

You may not:

• get around the limits of the platform, for example on free previews;
• automatically download data, catalogues or drawings, or try to reverse engineer the software;
• overload the service or try to access other people's accounts and data;
• use the platform for unlawful purposes.

If these rules are not respected, we may suspend or close the account, normally after warning you.

Partner installers and purchases

• Brigaplan does not sell equipment. If you buy from a partner installer, the supply and installation contract is between you and them.
• You are not obliged to buy from a partner. If you do, the cost of the design is deducted from your order as stated in the offer.
• When you buy from a partner, they pay Brigaplan a fee. We say so on the website too.

Liability

• We do our best to make the service work and be accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors.
• We are not liable for decisions based only on the free preview, which is indicative.
• Liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and the rights the law gives to consumers, always remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a significant way, we will email you at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can close your account. The version you accepted stays recorded in your account.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For professionals, the courts of Milan have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the court is the one where you live.
